A Chinese security services snatch team has come to London in pursuit of a scientist who has discovered a new desalinisation technique. Ruth goes under cover at a research facility to keep an eye on him, while Beth solicits the assistance of a Chinese double agent, but there are questions as to where his loyalties lie. Meanwhile, Section D has to evaluate a bomb threat. Lucas’s relationship with Maya leads to an increasing detachment from the rest of the team.
